Wed: Top Buys SMH INTC PSFT Top Sells OEX DIA QQQ EBAY

PSFT may rally on a court ruling in early Sep. DIA rallied to upper downtrend line today (see Chart Room) and may pull-back short-term. OEX rallied above 545 today (The OEX Sep 550 puts traded at 7 near the top). OEX DIA and QQQ may hedge SMH and INTC. EBAY rallied to about 90 1/2 the past two trading days and then pulled-back both times. EBAY may be near a top (also see other recent top picks).
