The daily NYMO is negative 108. The CPI will be reported tomorrow. Both the CPI and Core CPI are expected to rise 0.4% month to month. Today, it was reported for February that the NY Fed's Survey of Consumer Inflation Expectations one year forward dropped O.8% from January, which is a steep fall. The next FOMC announcement is March 22nd. Given the market is very oversold, I plan to buy large positions in SPY calls on a low open or pullbacks, and trade only SPY and BABA calls. BABA may be creating a bullish inverse head & shoulders pattern. SPX will likely hold 3,800 and rise to over 4,000.
