Next Week Trading (Jul 13th):
The S&P 500 closed above 3,000. Sentiment indicators and the slow economic recovery, over the past 10 years, suggest a further rise in 2019 and 2020, perhaps to 3,200. However, there may be a correction short-term or more volatility. I’ll be looking for opportunities to buy weekly options on stocks after earnings are reported, because they’ll deflate and may become more volatile. So, huge gains can be made cheaply and quickly.
My portfolio is about $710,000 including $545,200 in cash.

Portfolio at $100,000 on Mar 1st, 2018. Portfolio stop loss lowered to $500,000. Stop loss will be strictly enforced and extreme caution will be taken if triggered to avoid large losses and preserve capital in "irrational" market periods. |
