Next Week Trading (Jun 29th):
Both the bond and stock markets are at high levels again. Perhaps, TLT will fall sharply Monday from the resumption of China trade talks. SPY may pullback or peak soon after the 4th of July. GE and HAL may hold up well in a market decline. Quarterly earnings in July and a FOMC announcement Jul 31st should increase volatility.
My portfolio is about $640,000 including $300,200 in cash.
Calls Contracts-Shares Long
GE Jan 10 2020 100
HAL Jul 20 2019 20
HAL Jan 25 2020 300
Puts Contracts-Shares Short
TLT Jul 132 2019 400
TLT Aug 130 2019 1,000
TLT Aug 132 2019 200
SPY Sep 290 2019 200
Portfolio at $100,000 on Mar 1st, 2018. Portfolio stop loss raised to $600,000. Stop loss will be strictly enforced and extreme caution will be taken if triggered to avoid large losses and preserve capital in "irrational" market periods. |
