Sep 23rd Trading Log (Updates):

Current Trades: Bought 40 more SPY 380 calls at 11, bought 30 more SPY 375 calls at 13.25, bought 2,000 more HAL shares at 25.00, bought 30 more SPY 375 calls at 12.9, bought 30 more BABA Nov calls at 3.2, bought 30 more SPY 380 calls at 10.3, bought 2,000 more ARKK shares at 37.50, bought 30 more BABA Nov calls at 3, bought 2,000 more HAL shares at 24.50, bought 40 SPY Sep 30 370 calls at 4.95, bought 40 SPY Oct 7 370 calls at 6.75, bought 30 more SPY Oct calls at 6.25, bought 30 more SPY Sep calls at 3.95, bought 50 more SPY Nov 375 calls at 11.2, sold 50 SPY Nov 375 calls at 12.5, sold 30 SPY Sep calls at 5, and sold 30 SPY Oct calls at 7.25 ---------- SPX fell to the 200 week EMA again. It rose 300 points within five trading days after falling to the 200 week EMA in June. I don't expect that much of a bounce, although the daily NYMO is extremely low. Other short-term support levels are the June low at 3,637 and the 200 week MA at 3,585. SPX fell to a low of 3,647 and closed at 3,693 today. SPX is likely close to a bottom and may become more volatile to trade.

My portfolio is about $1,890,000 including $1,020,100 in cash.

Calls Contracts-Shares Long

SPY Sep 370 40 weekly 30th
SPY Oct 370 40 weekly 7th
SPY Nov 375 2022 100
SPY Nov 380 2022 100
HAL 8,000 shares
ARKK 8,000 shares
BABA Nov 90 2022 100
BABA Jan 90 2023 100

Puts Contracts-Shares Short

None

Portfolio at $100,000 on March 1st, 2018. Portfolio stop loss suspended. Scaled up and adjusted portfolio. Both prior portfolios, since early 2000s, rose initially and substantially, and then failed quickly in “irrational” market “melt-ups," where stocks can go straight up month after month.
