Next Week Trading (Jul 27th):
The FOMC will likely cut 1/4 point Wednesday. Perhaps, the stock market will spike higher initially and then fall. So, there may be an opportunity to trade SPY or QQQ weekly puts, that expire after Friday. Also, VXX weekly calls may be a buy. AAPL reports earnings Tuesday, which may be an opportunity to trade weekly options. GE reports earnings Wednesday.
My portfolio is about $770,000 including $531,000 in cash.

Portfolio at $100,000 on Mar 1st, 2018. Portfolio stop loss raised to $600,000. Stop loss will be strictly enforced and extreme caution will be taken if triggered to avoid large losses and preserve capital in "irrational" market periods. |
